Conserving artwork in the tropical home

Art conservator and artist Katrina Vanderlip will be leading a talk on conserving artwork in the tropical home on Tuesday, February 2 at 6 p.m. This talk is for anyone interested in finding out how they can keep their artwork in tip-top shape in our hot, humid climate. All are welcome and encouraged to attend.

The National Art Gallery of The Bahamas

Mission Statement:
The National Art Gallery of The Bahamas (NAGB) is committed to engaging the history of Bahamian Art and Visual culture and supporting contemporary movements and experimental contemporary art practice through exhibitions, an extensive public program schedule, community and regional projects and partnerships, arts education, providing fellowships and grants, the establishment and support of an art library and the building of the National Collection.

Location:
The NAGB is located on West and West Hill Street, opposite the St. Francis Xavier Cathedral.

10- 4pm, Tuesday through Saturday.
12-4pm, Sunday.
Sunday is free for Bahamians.
Closed on public holidays and Mondays.

Admission Cost:
Local Adults, $7. Visitors: $10
Students and Seniors, $5.
Children below the age of 12 enter Free.
